Shipping policy

📦 Australia

Free standard shipping on all orders!

Handling time: Up to 4 business days
All orders currently have a 4-business-day handling window due to order volumes. We also triage orders based on the date you need them by, so we’ll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

🕒 Estimated delivery: 4  – 14 business days depending on your location.

We’re usually pretty quick, but we include a little safety buffer in our delivery estimates. Extreme weather, public holidays and other unexpected delays can occasionally affect delivery times. Australia Post also doesn’t operate like normal business days over weekends and public holidays, so our estimates are designed to keep expectations realistic.

🌏 International shipping:
We currently only ship within Australia due to the ever-changing complications around international tariffs, customs requirements and shipping regulations.
