Postage & Handling

Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. Every item is lovingly handmade to order in Queensland, Australia.

Handling Time & Business Hours

• Creation Time: We require 3 to 4 business days to design, craft, and pack your toppers.
• Delivery Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after dispatch (longer for regional areas).
• Business Hours: Monday to Friday. (While we often work over the weekend, Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days).

Important Note on $5 Express Post Upgrades

Express Post speeds up delivery only, it doesn't shorten the 3–4 day creation time.

Shipping Options by Product

Why are basic prints untracked by default?

Tracked postage in Australia is around $9 - which makes no sense on a basic cake topper. To keep our base prices as affordable as possible, standard basic prints are sent via untracked post. If you need tracking or speed, you can easily upgrade to Express Tracked Post for just $5 at checkout.
