Can I see a mock-up before you make it?
We don’t send mock-ups for our toppers (it keeps the price super low and production super quick), but if you have a very specific request, feel free to leave a note at checkout.

What if I need it urgently?
We make all toppers within 2 days, but if you’ve left it a bit late, message us — we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer double-sided toppers?
Not by default, but we can quote one for you if needed.

Can I choose my own colours?
We pick colours to suit the theme, but you can leave a note at checkout if you have something specific in mind.

How long does delivery take?
Standard domestic delivery is usually 2–6 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

Can I use it again?
If cared for, you can reuse it. Our toppers come with an acrylic stick (not bamboo), and many customers keep them in memory boxes or shadow frames as keepsakes.

Do you accept returns?
Because each topper is custom-made, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns — but we’ll happily replace or issue credit if there’s a problem with your order. Non-custom items can be returned as normal.
