Can I see a mock-up first?
To keep production fast and prices affordable, we usually don't send previews. However, you're welcome to leave design notes when ordering.

Can I request specific colours for the layers?
We normally choose colours to suit the theme, but you can leave colour requests in the order notes. If we have the colours in stock, we'll switch those out for you.

What if I need it urgently?

Our normal production time is 2 business days, but feel free to message us if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to help.

Do you accept returns?
Because these toppers are personalised, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If there is an issue with your order, we will happily organise a replacement or store credit.
